Guidelines
To receive the most money for your inventory or system, follow these guidelines:
- Give complete and accurate details of condition of system or components. OOS = Out Of Service as is Working = Known working not defective Defective = Known defective New = Never opened, in original box Refurbished = Ready for immediate delivery, no work needed
- Circuit cards should have manufacturers complete part # and vintage level.
- Telephones should have manufacturers complete part # and color.
- If you are selling an entire system explain if the system is de-installed or if it is currently running. Who will be in charge of disconnecting and packing the system up?
- If software is involved: Is it the Current Release or Issue? Which Options are Included? Are there software transfer rights? Any additional Features that will assist in evaluating your syste
- Any Comments that you feel will benefit you and assist us in giving you a final price.
- Terms: There are many conditions that relate to how you will be paid (COD, Upon Inspection, Upon Delivery, Net 5, Net 15, On Account, Barter, etc.).
- All equipment must be free and clear of all liens and encumbrances and must be the sole property of the seller.
