The telecommunications network assessment provides the client with key performance metrics. This includes voice and data configurations, current costs, equipment deployment, and contract obligations.

D&S Communications, Inc. works with the clients staff to conduct a thorough assessment. This assessment will involve reviewing current voice and data network environment. This includes the disparate voice, data and video network infrastructures that deliver multiple applications. We audit all of the client’s current network services.

Once a clear understanding of the needs of the client and the services established, Audit Strategies will provide a complete documented roadmap on what services are currently in places.


Building clear and defined objectives is the key towards a successful project. The executive stakeholders provide the resources and the foundation for a plan. This keeps the project momentum during the planning effort. At every phase of the design, and a health check on the project is assessed for against the key objectives.
