We provide pre-sale configurations, ongoing technical assistance and 24/7 emergency technical support. We help our customers determine the technologies and configurations that achieve business objectives by understanding their needs and using our expertise and broad range of manufacturer support options to meet their business goals. We are dedicated to meeting or exceeding all agreed-upon Service Level Agreements (SLAs). We also offer online access to service tickets and an online portal for placing orders and requesting service.

D&S provides ticket numbers and sends emails to confirm ticket contents. Customers can check on status online or by contacting our customer service department.

Installation & De-Installation

D&S currently provides nationwide installation and de-installation services for Nortel, Avaya, Ericsson, Cisco, Samsung and Siemens equipment. We handle moves, office openings and closings, lease-end equipment reconciliation, upgrades, end-of-life-cycle equipment, etc. D&S also provides comprehensive on-site training.
