Mako offers certified MNSP services for key petroleum industry POS systems.

ELGIN, IL, February 12, 2019 - Mako Networks has successfully completed the Managed Network Service Provider (MNSP) certification processes for two key petroleum industry point-of-sale (POS) systems:  Gilbarco Passport and Verifone Commander.

Mako Gilbarco and Verifone MNSP services have been trialled by the major petroleum brands supported by Mako for the previous few months.  Now any petroleum location using Gilbarco Passport or Verifone Commander systems can benefit from these services, as well.

Using Mako as a Gilbarco or Verifone MNSP can eliminate unneeded equipment and simplify retail networks.  This also will prepare locations for Mako’s additional PCI Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) scanning and Self-Assessment Questionnaire (SAQ) services.
