Any returns must be received within 30 days of the date the items were originally shipped by D&S. Should customer request a return within the allotted time, there will be a 15% restocking fee applied for unopened product and 25% for any product that is found to have been opened. D&S serial numbers are required on all returned products. Advance replacements are available for 1 year from date of shipment. Invoice must be paid in full prior to shipping any replacement product. Should customers have any problems, please call 847-628-4195 and ask for customer service.
