We also discovered that some manufacturers would use weak components that would cause premature failure in their units. With all of our refurbished gear being sold nationwide we needed to ensure that our products would be better than the manufacturer’s, so we implemented an 18 month warranty and back up our repairs with an Advanced Replacement Program that guarantees 24 hour delivery. D&S invests thousands of dollars into keeping our products on the street longer. As time went on we found that other companies would ask us to repair their products and the process began. Today there are thousands of companies throughout North America that have come to rely on the expertise, knowledge and workmanship of our Repair Services.
We employ over 30 board level technicians and keep the turn around less than 15 days for all of our customers. Our in house paint and refurbish facilities are not to be matched anywhere in the country. With 20+ years of satisfying our customer’s needs, we still repair legacy systems that date back 2 decades.
