Phones Being Transformed into Cash

To Receive the Most Money for Your Inventory or System, Follow These Guidelines...

  1. Give complete and accurate details of condition of system or components.
    OOS = Out Of Service as is
    Working = Known working not defective
    Defective = Known defective
    New = Never opened, in original box
    Refurbished = Ready for immediate delivery, no work needed
  2. Circuit cards should have manufacturers complete part # and vintage level.
  3. Telephones should have manufacturers complete part # and color.
  4. If you are selling an entire system explain if the system is de-installed or if it is currently running. Who will be in charge of disconnecting and packing the system up?
  5. If software is involved:
    Is it the Current Release or Issue?
    Which Options are Included?
    Are there software transfer rights?
    Any additional Features that will assist in evaluating your system.
  6. Any Comments that you feel will benefit you and assist us in giving you a final price.
  7. Terms: There are many conditions that relate to how you will be paid (COD, Upon Inspection, Upon Delivery, Net 5, Net 15, On Account, Barter, etc.).
  8. All equipment must be free and clear of all liens and encumbrances and must be the sole property of the seller.
