Return Policy
Any returns must be received within 30 days of the date the
items were originally shipped by D&S. Should customer
request a return within the allotted time, there will be a
15% restocking fee applied for unopened product and 25% for
any product that is found to have been opened. D&S serial
numbers are required on all returned products. Advance
replacements are available for 1 year from date of shipment.
Invoice must be paid in full prior to shipping any
replacement product. Should customers have any problems,
please call 1-800-227-8403 and ask for customer service.
Please fill out the form below to begin the return process. Once we have received your request a Customer Service Representative will contact you to issue an RMA number and assist you in completing your return.
The item number and serial number can be found on a label affixed to your item. Refer the the below image to determine the item and serial numbers. Please be aware that an item is only eligible for a return if it contains a D&S Communications serial number that corresponds to the customer and order in question.
