D&S has created this section to provide you with the forms you need to become a registered D&S Service Partner. Because D&S highly values its Service Partners, you have the full opportunity here to let us know your areas of expertise, hourly rates, and contact information. This way, D&S can select the best partner for each project. In addition, this section provides you with other required forms that include a W-9 and a contractor agreement. Once you have created your account, you can always come back and make revisions. The sooner you register, the sooner we can call upon you for service.
